Breakfast Tortilla Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Large tortilla

  • Scrambled eggs with cheese and diced tomato

  • Cooked sausage, crumbled

  • Hash brown, cooked and chopped

  • Sour cream

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Press the tortilla into an oven-safe bowl or mold to shape it into a bowl.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.

  4. Carefully remove the tortilla bowl from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  5. Fill the tortilla bowl with scrambled eggs mixed with cheese and diced tomato, crumbled sausage, and hash brown pieces.

  6. Top with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
