Make delicious fish tacos with Celia's corn tortillas đŽđđ
Ingredients
Celia's corn tortillas
Cod
Cajun seasoning
Butter
Tomato
Lettuce
Sour cream
Limes
Shredded cheese
Instructions
Fry Celia's corn tortillas in olive oil until crispy and let them cool
Coat cod in cajun seasoning and add to the stove top with butter on low heat
Cook until light brown and add fish to taco shells
Top with lettuce, chopped tomato, cheese, sour cream and lime
Serve and enjoy!
