Taco nights are the best nights 🥰 For tonight’s dinner we are making these salsa verde chicken tacos! These are crispy, juicy and pair perfectly with Celia’s white corn tortillas💚
Ingredients
Celia's white corn tortillas
Four chicken breasts
One can of salsa verde
One can of green chiles
Queso Fresco
Sour cream
Avocado
Instructions
Add four chicken breasts, one can of salsa verde, and one can of green chiles to a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours
Shred chicken and cook for another 40 minutes
Warm Celia's white corn tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds wrapped in a damp paper towel
Add chicken verde and Queso Fresco to tortillas and fry in olive oil on the stove top until crispy brown
Serve with sour cream, Queso Fresco and avocado slices
