Fresh veggies + Celia's spinach low card wraps = the perfect lunch for any and all of your dietary needs👍


  • Celia's low carb wraps (spinach flavor)

  • Mushrooms

  • White onion

  • Green onion

  • Avocado

  • Tomato

  • Cilantro


  1. Cut a slice into the center of Celia's low carb wrap (see video below) and section ingredients into four even sections

  2. Fold, heat on stove top or panini press until crispy and enjoy!
