Ingredients:
1 cup cooked ground beef, seasoned with taco seasoning
1 handful shredded cheddar cheese
1 scoop queso (cheese dip)
2 scoops salsa
Celia’s corn tortillas (as many as needed)
Cooking spray or oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix together the seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, queso, and salsa until well combined.
Assemble the Taquitos:
Warm Celia’s corn tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
Air Fry:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Lightly spray or brush the taquitos with cooking spray or oil.
Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer, seam-side down.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
