Air Fryer Taco Beef Taquitos

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef, seasoned with taco seasoning

  • 1 handful shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 scoop queso (cheese dip)

  • 2 scoops salsa

  • Celia’s corn tortillas (as many as needed)

  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a bowl, mix together the seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, queso, and salsa until well combined.

  2. Assemble the Taquitos:

    • Warm Celia’s corn tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.

    • Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto each tortilla.

    • Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.

  3. Air Fry:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.

    • Lightly spray or brush the taquitos with cooking spray or oil.

    • Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer, seam-side down.

    • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.

  4. Serve:

    • Enjoy your delicious taco beef taquitos with extra salsa, guacamole, or sour cream on the side!
