Breakfast Snack Wrap

Ingredients

  • Celia's low carb wraps

  • Bacon

  • Scrambled eggs

  • Half an avocado

  • Shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon on stove top until crispy

  2. Mix and cook eggs on low until light and fluffy

  3. Make one slice into middle of Celia's low carb wrap

  4. Add bacon to one quarter of wrap

  5. Add scrambled eggs to one quarter

  6. Add sliced avocado to one quarter

  7. Add shredded cheese to one quarter

  8. Fold sides together

  9. Toast breakfast wrap on panini press or stove top until golden brown

  10. Slice and serve with sauce of your choice!
