Loaded with chopped eggs, pimento cheese, and crunchy veggies, these no-bake pinwheels are perfect for meal prep, entertaining, or a quick grab-and-go bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 Fiesta Fit High Protein Wraps

  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

  • ½ cup pimento cheese

  • Green onions, sliced

  • Diced red peppers or pimentos

  • Salt & pepper

  • Paprika (optional)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, pimento cheese, green onions, diced peppers, salt, and pepper.

  • Lay Fiesta Fit wraps flat and spread the deviled egg mixture evenly over each wrap.

  • Roll tightly into a log shape.

  • Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to help firm up before slicing.

  • Slice into pinwheels and serve chilled.

  • Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
