Ingredients
ALTA Foods Food Service Tortilla
Meat
Provolone cheese
White onion
Green pepper
Shredded lettuce
Tomato
Instructions
Cook white onion, green pepper and meat in vegetable oil on the stove top
Cover with provolone cheese and cook until cheese melts and meat browns
Add everything to an ALTA food service tortilla, add shredded lettuce and tomato slices
Wrap, slice in half, serve and enjoy!
