Celia's Spinach Tortillas
Chicken
Pesto
Tomatoes
Mozzarella Cheese
Basil
Directions
In a bowl, mix tomatoes, chicken, mozzarella cheese, and pesto.
Cut Celia's spinach tortillas into smaller circles and place into cups in a greased muffin tray.
Put mixture into cups and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake on 375 for 10 minutes.
Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
