Have you ever made your own tortilla chips? Try this fun way to make restaurant quality tortilla chips at home with Celia's flour tortillas!


Ingredients

  • Celia's flour tortillas (fajita size)

  • Red onion

  • Two chicken breasts

  • Wing sauce

  • Jalapeños

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Cilantro

  • Sour cream

Ingredients for guacamole

  • Two large avocados

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Red onion

  • White onion

  • Lime juice

  • Hot sauce

  • Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cut Celia's tortillas into triangles

  2. Bake tortilla triangles on a baking sheet in the oven on 360 for 8 minutes on each side (spray with avocado oil and sprinkle salt on both sides)

  3. When chips are golden brown, take them out of the oven and let them sit

  4. Add shredded cheese and cooked, shredded chicken (cooked in wing sauce)

  5. Bake in oven for four to five minutes to melt cheese

  6. Add red onion, jalapeños, sour cream and cilantro

  7. Dip in guacamole and enjoy!
