Because National Pepperoni Pizza Day was just a few days ago — we’re keeping the celebration going! 🎉 This Classic Pepperoni Tortilla Pizza is perfectly crispy, super cheesy, and ready in minutes. Made with Celia’s soft tortillas, it’s an easy, satisfying twist on a pizza-night favorite.


🛒 Ingredients

  • Celia’s Tortillas

  • Olive oil

  • Pizza sauce

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • Pepperoni slices


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the base:Brush olive oil in a skillet and place a Celia’s Tortilla on top.

2. Add sauce & toppings:Spread pizza sauce evenly across the tortilla. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes, then top with mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices.
