Ingredients

• ALTA food service tortilla

• Ground beef

• Taco seasoning

• Shredded cheddar cheese

• Sour cream

• Green onion

Instructions

1. Cut large tortilla into squares that fit the size of muffin tray cups

2. Add cooked and seasoned ground beef and cheese to cups

3. Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes

4. Top with sour cream and green onion and enjoy!
