Green Veggies and Eggs Tortilla Cups

This St. Patty’s day, we are eating our GREENS for breakfast🍀🥦🥚


  • Fiesta Fit Low Carb Wraps

  • Broccoli

  • Spinach

  • Eggs

  • Sprinkle Cheese

  • Red Pepper Flakes

  • Garlic Powder

  • Salt


  • Mix steamed broccoli, spinach, four eggs, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic power, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

  • Cut Fiesta Fit Low Carb wraps into small circles and add to a greased muffin tray.

  • Add the mixture and bake on 375 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
