Breakfast Tacos

Celia’s flour tortillas are the SOFTEST and most DURABLE choice when creating the perfect breakfast tacos❤️ Mouth= watering🤤


  • Celia's flour tortillas (fajita size)

  • Hash brown

  • 2 eggs

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Garlic salt

  • Mixed greens

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Mushrooms

  • Balsamic glaze


  1. Cook hash brown in air fryer or oven

  2. Scramble 2 eggs on low heat and season with red pepper flakes and garlic salt

  3. Cook mixed greens, chopped cherry tomatoes and mushrooms on low heat

  4. Assemble tacos (recommended: first hash browns, then scrambled eggs, then vegetables)

  5. Top with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and enjoy!
