Celia’s soft flour tortillas stuffed with seasoned beef, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and a crunchy tostada shell—folded into mini crunch wrap form and grilled to golden perfection. Ingredients:

  • Celia’s flour tortillas (fajita size)

  • Seasoned ground beef (use taco seasoning)

  • Mini tostada shells or tortilla chips (for crunch)

  • Sour cream

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomato

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Cooking spray or a little oil, for crisping

Optional extras:

  • Diced onion for added zing

  • Avacado slices

  • Hot sauce or jalapeño slices for heat

  • Refried beans as an extra layer beneath the meat

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain, and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer until thickened.

  2. Assemble the layers: Place a Celia’s fajita size flour tortilla on a flat surface. In the center, layer toppings of your choice.

  3. Fold the wrap: Starting at the bottom, fold the edges of the tortilla inward in overlapping layers to form a circular, sealed crunch wrap.

  4. Grill to golden: Heat a skillet over medium heat with cooking spray. Place the crunch wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes until crispy and heated through.

  5. Serve hot with salsa or hot sauce for dipping!
