🛒 Ingredients

  • Large Celia’s Flour Tortillas

  • Ground beef or turkey

  • Taco seasoning

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, or queso)

  • Corn tortillas (toasted or air-fried until crispy)

  • Sour cream

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Optional: jalapeños, onions, salsa, guacamole


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the meat:Brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and mix in taco seasoning.

2. Assemble the base:Lay a large Celia’s Flour Tortilla flat and add shredded cheese in the center. Top with the seasoned meat.

3. Add the crunch layer:Place a crispy corn tortilla (air-fried at 350°F for 5 minutes) on top of the meat. Spread a layer of sour cream over it, then add lettuce, tomatoes, and any other toppings.

4. Wrap it up:Place a smaller tortilla (or a piece cut from another large one) on top of the fillings. Fold the edges of the large tortilla toward the center, overlapping as you go to seal the Crunchwrap completely.

5. Grill:Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the Crunchwrap seam-side down to seal and toast until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another minute or two.
