Cheeseburger Mini Crunch Wraps

Ingredients:

  • Celia’s flour tortillas (fajita size)

  • Ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Pickles, chopped

  • Diced onion (white or red)

  • Ketchup

  • Mustard

  • Mini tostada shells or tortilla chips (for crunch)

  • Cooking spray or a little oil, for crisping

Optional extras:

  • Sliced jalapeños for heat

  • Diced tomato or shredded lettuce for a classic burger touch

  • Burger sauce or mayo as a swap for ketchup/mustard combo

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper (or your favorite burger blend). Drain and set aside.

  2. Build the crunch wrap: Lay a Celia’s tortilla flat. In the center, layer ground beef, shredded cheese, a drizzle of ketchup and mustard, diced onion, chopped pickles, and a mini tostada or crushed chips.

  3. Fold it tight: Fold the edges of the tortilla inward, pleating around the center to form a sealed, circular wrap.

  4. Grill until golden: Heat a skillet over medium heat, spray with oil, and place the wrap seam-side down. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden and crisp.

  5. Serve hot with extra dipping sauce—or even a side of fries for the full burger experience! 🍟
