Filled with shredded chicken, creamy pimento cheese, and baked until golden brown, these handheld bites are perfect for lunch, game day, or entertaining.
Ingredients
2 Fiesta Fit High Protein Wraps
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
½–¾ cup pimento cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut Fiesta Fit wraps into halves or quarters depending on desired size.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, pimento cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Spoon filling onto one corner of each wrap piece.
Fold into triangle pockets, continuing to fold upward until sealed.
Place triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm while the cheese is melty.
