Egg Salad Wrap

  • Fiesta Fit low carb wraps (Spinach flavor)

  • Two hard boiled eggs

  • Half of an avocado

  • Chopped pickles

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Grate two hard boiled eggs into a bowl

  2. Add half of an avocado (smashed)

  3. Add chopped pickles

  4. Add salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes

  5. Mix well and add mixture to Fiesta Fit low carb wraps

  6. Roll tightly, slice in half, and enjoy!
