Fiesta Fit Smash Taco

Low-carb, high-flavor, and seriously satisfying—this Fiesta Fit Smash Taco is your new go-to for guilt-free taco night! Made with a Fiesta Fit low-carb wrap, seasoned beef, melty cheese, fresh veggies, and creamy avocado, it’s everything you love about tacos, smashed and seared into one delicious handheld bite. 🌮🥑🔥

Ingredients:

  • Fiesta Fit low-carb wraps

  • Ground beef, seasoned with taco seasoning

  • Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • Diced tomato

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Avocado, sliced or mashed

  • Sour cream

Optional extras:

  • Chopped onion for added crunch

  • Hot sauce or salsa for a kick

  • Cilantro for a fresh finish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and season with taco seasoning. Drain any excess grease.

  2. Smash onto the wrap: Spread a thin layer of the seasoned beef onto one side of a Fiesta Fit low-carb wrap.

  3. Grill beef-side down: Place the wrap beef-side down in a hot skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes until beef is cooked and edges are crispy. Flip and toast the other side for 1–2 minutes.

  4. Top & fold: Add cheese, tomato, lettuce, avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.

  5. Press & crisp: Fold the taco in half, press it down gently, and cook another 1–2 minutes until melty and golden brown.

Serve hot and enjoy a taco night that’s packed with flavor—not carbs! 🙌
