🛒 Ingredients

  • Celia’s Tortillas (flour or corn)

  • Shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked chicken breast)

  • Taco seasoning

  • Diced onion (optional)

  • Refried beans (optional base layer)

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

  • Olive oil, for brushing
