Celia’s corn tortillas are the perfect addition to any dish😍


  • Celia's corn tortillas

  • Fish of your choice (recommended: cod)

  • Cajun seasoning

  • Lime

  • Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Salsa

  • Jalapeños

  • Sour cream


  1. Fry Celia's corn tortillas until crispy

  2. Coat fish in cajun seasoning and cook on stove top on medium heat

  3. Mix shredded lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette

  4. Layer the fried tortillas, fish, lettuce mixture, chopped tomato and chopped jalapeños

  5. Top with salsa, sour cream and a lime slice

  6. Serve and enjoy!
