🌮 Low-Carb Ground Beef Enchiladas with Fiesta Fit Wraps


This Ground Beef Enchilada Recipe is so simple, cheesy, and satisfying — and it’s made with Fiesta Fit Low-Carb Wraps for a guilt-free twist on the classic! Each wrap is packed with flavor and protein while keeping carbs low, making this dish perfect for a balanced and delicious weeknight dinner.


🛒 Ingredients

  • Fiesta Fit Low-Carb Wraps

  • Ground beef (seasoned and cooked)

  • Red enchilada sauce

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)

  • Diced onion (optional)

  • Sour cream (for topping)

  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
