Ingredients
Celia's Tortillas
Any flaky white fish
Mango
Onion
Cilantro
Lime juice
Taco seasoning
Sour cream
Avocado
Olive oil
Salt
Directions
Chop one quarter of a mango, 2 jalapeños, and one quarter of an onion into small cubes.
Mix in a bowl with lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, and salt.
Add olive oil and taco seasoning to a plate.
Add this rub to a flaky white fish of your choosing.
Add fish to a stove top with olive oil at medium heat.
Heat tortillas in leftovers from the fish.
Fill the tortillas with the fish, mango salsa, sliced avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice.
