Healthy Fish Tacos

Let’s start 2024 off right with Celia’s Tortillas! Dive into the perfect blend of fish tacos and spicy mango salsa – a fiesta for your taste buds! 🌮🐟


Ingredients

  • Celia's Tortillas

  • Any flaky white fish

  • Mango

  • Onion

  • Cilantro

  • Lime juice

  • Taco seasoning

  • Sour cream

  • Avocado

  • Olive oil

  • Salt


Directions

  • Chop one quarter of a mango, 2 jalapeños, and one quarter of an onion into small cubes.

  • Mix in a bowl with lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, and salt.

  • Add olive oil and taco seasoning to a plate.

  • Add this rub to a flaky white fish of your choosing.

  • Add fish to a stove top with olive oil at medium heat.

  • Heat tortillas in leftovers from the fish.

  • Fill the tortillas with the fish, mango salsa, sliced avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice.

  • Enjoy!
