Honey Sriracha Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 small red pepper

  • 8 oz. package cream cheese

  • 3 cups shredded chicken

  • 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

  • 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large, oven-safe pan, heat some oil on medium heat.

  3. Add diced onion and bell pepper. Cook them until they become slightly tender, which usually takes about 3-5 minutes.

  4. Now, add some cream cheese and stir it until it's mostly melted.

  5. Next, stir in some cooked chicken, Monterrey Jack cheese, Sriracha sauce, and honey. Keep stirring until the cheeses are fully melted, and everything is mixed together nicely.

  6. Season it with salt and pepper to your liking.

  7. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.

  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. You want the cheese to be melted and turn golden, and the dip should be hot and bubbly.

  9. Serve this delicious dip with bread, crackers, corn chips, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
