Ingredients:

  • Ground chicken

  • Italian seasoning

  • Marinara sauce

  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Fiesta Fit Low Carb Wraps

  • Arugula, tossed in olive oil + lemon juice

  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Optional extras:

  • Red pepper flakes for heat

  • Chopped basil for a fresh finish

  • Crushed pork rinds for a low-carb crunch

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken: Mix ground chicken with Italian seasoning in a bowl.

  2. Smash onto wraps: Press a thin layer of seasoned chicken onto one side of each Fiesta Fit low carb wrap.

  3. Grill chicken-side down: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken-side down for 3–4 minutes, until cooked through. Flip and lightly toast the wrap side.

  4. Add toppings: Spread a spoonful of marinara sauce over the cooked chicken, then top with mozzarella, arugula, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.

  5. Fold & crisp: Fold the taco in half, press down, and cook another 1–2 minutes per side until golden and melty.
