Ingredients:
Ground chicken
Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Fiesta Fit Low Carb Wraps
Arugula, tossed in olive oil + lemon juice
Parmesan cheese, grated
Optional extras:
Red pepper flakes for heat
Chopped basil for a fresh finish
Crushed pork rinds for a low-carb crunch
Instructions:
Season the chicken: Mix ground chicken with Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Smash onto wraps: Press a thin layer of seasoned chicken onto one side of each Fiesta Fit low carb wrap.
Grill chicken-side down: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken-side down for 3–4 minutes, until cooked through. Flip and lightly toast the wrap side.
