Red and green bell pepper
1/2 lb steak chopped into small pieces
1 oz parmesan cheese finely grated
Gordo's cheese dip
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Heat the butter in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the bell peppers and onion and cook until soften.
Add the steak and cook until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Turn the heat down to medium. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add Gordo's cheese dip, cayenne pepper, and black pepper, and cook until the sauce is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet and top with the Provolone and Parmesan.
Bake until the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden, about 15 minutes.
