Philly Cheesesteak Dip

Elevate your gameday with a taste of Philly! Gordo’s cheese dip is perfect for this philly cheesesteak dip 🏈🧀


  • Red and green bell pepper

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 lb steak chopped into small pieces

  • Minced garlic

  • Provolone cheese

  • 1 oz parmesan cheese finely grated

  • Gordo's cheese dip

  • 6 oz cream cheese

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 425F.

  • Heat the butter in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the bell peppers and onion and cook until soften.

  • Add the steak and cook until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.

  • Turn the heat down to medium. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute.

  • Add Gordo's cheese dip, cayenne pepper, and black pepper, and cook until the sauce is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.

  • Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet and top with the Provolone and Parmesan.

  • Bake until the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden, about 15 minutes.
