Street Corn Tacos

Wrapping up our January taco series with these delicious shredded chicken & corn salsa tacos using Celia’s corn tortillas 🌮🌽🥑


  • Celia's Corn Tortillas

  • Chicken breasts

  • White corn

  • Avocado

  • Goat cheese

  • Mayo

  • Cilantro

  • Jalapeño

  • Green onion

  • Sour cream

  • Taco sauce

  • Lime juice

  • Chili powder

  • Cumin

  • Garlic powder

  • Garlic salt

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Oil


  • Start by mixing oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  • Poke holes in your chicken breasts and marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Mix corn, mayo, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, jalapeño, green onion, and garlic salt in a bowl to make corn salsa.

  • In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and taco sauce to make Mexican crema.

  • Cook and shred your chicken.

  • Cook your Celia's tortilla in oil.

  • Add your shredded chicken, corn salsa, sliced avocado, goat cheese, and Mexican crema

  • Top with cilantro and enjoy!
