To make: Put olive oil on a pan and put a Celia's tortilla on top. Add pizza sauce, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, mozzarella, grated parmesan, and basil. Cook on stove on medium heat until the bottom is crispy. Put in oven on broil for one minute. Add more red pepper flakes and balsamic glaze. Serve with ranch dressing on the side and enjoy!
