Ingredients:
1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 handful shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)
1 spoonful sour cream
Green onion, chopped (to taste)
Celia’s flour tortillas (as many as needed)
Cooking spray or oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onion. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Assemble the Taquitos:
Warm Celia’s flour tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
Air Fry:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Lightly spray or brush the taquitos with cooking spray or oil.
Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer, seam-side down.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
