Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 handful shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)

  • 1 spoonful sour cream

  • Green onion, chopped (to taste)

  • Celia’s flour tortillas (as many as needed)

  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onion. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

  2. Assemble the Taquitos:

    • Warm Celia’s flour tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.

    • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each tortilla.

    • Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.

  3. Air Fry:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.

    • Lightly spray or brush the taquitos with cooking spray or oil.

    • Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer, seam-side down.

    • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.

  4. Serve:

    • Enjoy your zesty buffalo chicken taquitos with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping!
