🌯 Creamy Chicken Taquitos with Celia’s Flour Tortillas
Crispy, creamy, and full of flavor — these Creamy Chicken Taquitos are a quick and satisfying meal or snack made with Celia’s soft flour tortillas. Each bite is filled with juicy rotisserie chicken, tangy cream cheese, salsa, and melted cheese, then air-fried to golden perfection. Perfect for family dinners, parties, or weeknight cravings! 🧀🔥
🛒 Ingredients
1 cup rotisserie chicken (shredded)
1 spoonful sour cream
2 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 spoonfuls salsa
1 handful shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)
Green onion (chopped, to taste)
Celia’s Flour Tortillas (as many as needed)
Cooking spray or oil
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, sour cream, cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese, and green onion until creamy and well combined.
2. Assemble the Taquitos:Warm Celia’s Flour Tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, then roll tightly around the filling.
3. Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Lightly spray or brush the rolled taquitos with oil or cooking spray.
Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
