Made with Celia’s soft flour tortillas, juicy rotisserie chicken, green chiles, sour cream, cheese, and ranch, they’re easy to roll, air-fry, and enjoy in minutes. 🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  • ½ can green chiles

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 handful shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

  • Celia’s Flour Tortillas (as many as needed)

  • Cooking spray or oil


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling:In a medium bowl, mix together shredded rotisserie chicken, green chiles, sour cream, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.

2. Assemble the Taquitos:Warm Celia’s Flour Tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly around the filling.

3. Air Fry:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.

  • Lightly spray or brush the rolled taquitos with oil.

  • Place them seam-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
