Air Fryer Chicken & Green Chile Taquitos

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1/2 can green chiles

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 handful shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

  • Celia’s flour tortillas (as many as needed)

  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a bowl, mix together the shredded rotisserie chicken, green chiles, sour cream, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.

  2. Assemble the Taquitos:

    • Warm Celia’s flour tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.

    • Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.

    • Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.

  3. Air Fry:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.

    • Lightly spray or brush the taquitos with cooking spray or oil.

    • Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer, seam-side down.

    • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.

  4. Serve:

    • Enjoy your flavorful chicken and green chile taquitos with your favorite dipping sauces!
