🛒 Ingredients
2 scrambled eggs
2 strips cooked bacon (chopped)
1 crispy hashbrown patty (crumbled)
1 handful shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)
2 spoonfuls salsa
Celia’s Corn Tortillas (as many as needed)
Cooking spray or oil
