Charcuterie Fold Up

Today marks the beginning of our #Tortillahack series: starting with these charcuterie fold ups! In the coming weeks we will be sharing new fold up / panini press recipes using ALTA’s retail brand products😍 Stay tuned for more #tortilla content 😊


  • Celia's low carb wraps

  • Brie cheese

  • Arugula

  • Prosciutto

  • Apple slices


  1. Cut a slice into the center of a low carb wrap

  2. Section wrap into four sections filling one with brie cheese, one with arugula, one with prosciutto and one with apple slices

  3. Fold (as seen in video below) and toast on panini press until crispy

  4. Serve and enjoy!
