When comfort food cravings hit, these Chicken Parm Smash Tacos made with Fiesta Fit Wraps are the perfect high-protein twist on a classic favorite.


Seasoned ground chicken is smashed directly onto the wrap, coated with crispy panko breadcrumbs, and cooked until golden in a skillet. Finished with marinara, melty mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh basil for all the flavors of chicken parmesan — in an easy taco form.


Ingredients

  • 2 Fiesta Fit High Protein Wraps

  • ½ lb ground chicken

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Italian seasoning

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper

  • Marinara sauce

  • Fresh mozzarella or shredded mozzarella

  • Grated parmesan cheese

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Olive oil or avocado oil spray


Instructions

  • Divide ground chicken into portions and press a thin layer directly onto one side of each Fiesta Fit wrap.

  • Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the chicken layer and gently press them in.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with oil.

  • Place wraps chicken-side down and cook until the chicken is browned, crispy, and the panko is golden.

  • Flip and cook the wrap side for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.

  • Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken side.

  • Add mozzarella cheese and cover briefly until melted.

  • Finish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
