When comfort food cravings hit, these Chicken Parm Smash Tacos made with Fiesta Fit Wraps are the perfect high-protein twist on a classic favorite.
Seasoned ground chicken is smashed directly onto the wrap, coated with crispy panko breadcrumbs, and cooked until golden in a skillet. Finished with marinara, melty mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh basil for all the flavors of chicken parmesan — in an easy taco form.
Ingredients
2 Fiesta Fit High Protein Wraps
½ lb ground chicken
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Marinara sauce
Fresh mozzarella or shredded mozzarella
Grated parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil or avocado oil spray
Instructions
Divide ground chicken into portions and press a thin layer directly onto one side of each Fiesta Fit wrap.
Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the chicken layer and gently press them in.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with oil.
Place wraps chicken-side down and cook until the chicken is browned, crispy, and the panko is golden.
Flip and cook the wrap side for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken side.
Add mozzarella cheese and cover briefly until melted.
Finish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
