Seasoned ground chicken is smashed directly onto the wrap and crisped in a skillet, then topped with crunchy romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons for the perfect crunchy bite.
Ingredients
2 Fiesta Fit High Protein Wraps
½ lb ground chicken
Taco seasoning
Chopped romaine lettuce
Caesar dressing
Fresh parmesan cheese
Croutons
Cracked black pepper
Olive oil or avocado oil spray
Instructions
Divide ground chicken into portions and press a thin layer directly onto one side of each Fiesta Fit wrap.
Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with oil.
Place wraps chicken-side down and cook until the chicken is browned and crispy.
Flip and cook the wrap side for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
