When smash tacos meet Caesar salad cravings, this Smash Chicken Caesar Taco made with Fiesta Fit Wraps is the ultimate high-protein lunch or dinner.


Seasoned ground chicken is smashed directly onto the wrap and crisped in a skillet, then topped with crunchy romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons for the perfect crunchy bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 Fiesta Fit High Protein Wraps

  • ½ lb ground chicken

  • Taco seasoning

  • Chopped romaine lettuce

  • Caesar dressing

  • Fresh parmesan cheese

  • Croutons

  • Cracked black pepper

  • Olive oil or avocado oil spray


Instructions

  • Divide ground chicken into portions and press a thin layer directly onto one side of each Fiesta Fit wrap.

  • Sprinkle with taco seasoning.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with oil.

  • Place wraps chicken-side down and cook until the chicken is browned and crispy.

  • Flip and cook the wrap side for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.

  • In a bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing and parmesan.

  • Top each taco with Caesar salad and croutons.

  • Finish with cracked black pepper and extra parmesan if desired.
