🌮 Easy Sheet Pan Crispy Tacos with Celia’s Corn Tortillas

Almost the weekend 👏 and these sheet pan crispy tacos are the perfect way to celebrate! They’re quick, flavorful, and made with Celia’s Corn Tortillas for the ideal crunch. Packed with seasoned rotisserie chicken, sautéed veggies, and melty cheese — this is your new favorite easy taco night recipe.


🛒 Ingredients

  • Celia’s Corn Tortillas

  • Rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  • Mixed veggies (bell peppers, onions)

  • Salsa verde

  • Shredded cheese

  • Sour cream (for serving)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Sauté mixed veggies and shredded rotisserie chicken in a skillet over low heat. Add salsa verde and stir until evenly coated.

  2. Fill Celia’s Corn Tortillas with the mixture and top with cheese.

  3. Place on a sheet pan and bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
