Crispy fish tacos made with Celia's yellow corn tortillas with mango salsa and homemade avocado sauce! Perfect for #TacoTuesdays and summer celebrations!
Ingredients
Celia's yellow corn tortillas
Fish of your choice (Recommended: grouper or sea bass)
Fryin' Magic
Olive oil
Eggs
Pineapple
Lime Juice
Fresh cilantro
Chopped red onion
Sour cream
One avocado
Seasonings (Salt, garlic salt)
Instructions
Mix chopped pineapple and red onion with lime juice, fresh cilantro and seasonings
Blend sour cream, avocado, lime juice and cilantro until creamy
Dip thawed fish into raw eggs and Fryin' Magic until evenly coated
Heat olive oil on stove top and drop in fish
Fry until crispy brown
Add fish, pineapple mixture and avocado sauce to Celia's corn tortillas and enjoy!
