  • Celia's low carb wraps

  • Ham

  • Cheese (recommended: provolone)

  • Butter / butter alternative


  1. Add butter to one side of Celia's low carb wrap

  2. Add ham and cheese to inside of wrap

  3. Heat on stove top until quesadilla is crispy and light brown

  4. Serve and enjoy!
