Spicy Shrimp Tacos

Spicy shrimp tacos using Celia’s corn tortillas in honor of #cincodemayo🌮🍤🎉 Check out our Instagram page for a GIVEAWAY!


Ingredients

  • Celia's corn tortillas

  • Jumbo uncooked shrimp

  • Lime juice

  • Paprika

  • Garlic salt

  • Olive oil

  • Refried beans

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Chopped tomato, onion, jalapeno

  • Cilantro

  • Avocado

Instructions

  1. Coat jumbo uncooked shrimp in lime juice, paprika, garlic salt and olive oil

  2. Cook shrimp on low-medium heat on stove top until shrimp turn pink

  3. Heat tortillas on open flame for 15 seconds each side

  4. Assemble tacos by adding refried beans, lettuce, chopped veggies, avocado slices and the shrimp onto tortilla

  5. Top with cilantro and enjoy!
