Eggs, cheese, spinach and dried tomatoes cooked to perfection in a Celia’s flour tortilla🤤 What could be a better start to your morning?❤️


  • Celia's flour tortilla

  • Eggs

  • Sun dried tomatoes

  • Shredded cheese

  • Mixed greens

  • Avocado


  1. Add Celia's flour tortilla to a oven safe bowl

  2. Crack two-three eggs to tortilla bowl

  3. Add chopped mixed greens, shredded cheese and sun dried tomatoes to tortilla bowl

  4. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes (until tortilla is crispy)

  5. Serve with avocado slices and enjoy!
