Tortilla Triangles

These low carb triangles are filled with rotisserie chicken, sautéed onions, fresh pico, cilantro and CHEESE😋 Check out all of our low carb products + more delicious tortillas on our website!


  • Low carb wrap (Celia's or Fiesta Fit)

  • Rotisserie chicken

  • Sautéed onion

  • Pico de gallo

  • Cilantro

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Sour cream


  1. Saute onions in butter

  2. Mix in rotisserie chicken, pico, cilantro into onions over low heat for two minutes

  3. Add a small amount of the mixture into half of a low carb wrap and fold (as seen in video attached)

  4. Heat triangles on stove top until crispy, serve with a side of sour cream and enjoy!
